About the Role
We’re looking for a grounded, emotionally intelligent professional to serve as a trusted Executive Personal Assistant to our President, Brent VanHaren someone who brings both strategy and heart to the work they do.
This role combines high-level partnership with hands-on execution, managing tasks, projects, and logistics while also helping steward Brent’s time, energy, and focus toward what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar Ownership & Rhythm-Building: Design and manage the calendar to reflect strategic priorities and personal boundaries.
Inbox & Logistics Triage: Manage communication flow with discernment, surfacing what matters and offering proactive recommendations.
Accountability Partner: Ask the hard questions: “Are you spending time where it matters most?” Speak up when overextension or avoidance shows up.
Project Coordination: Support execution and follow-through on key initiatives and commitments.
Thought Partnership: Serve as a trusted sounding board; challenge assumptions, co-create better solutions, and bring clarity to complexity.

Job requirements
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and fast-moving logistics with discretion and efficiency.
Strong project management skills able to track initiatives, follow up on action items, and ensure consistent progress.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, clear, concise, and adaptable to different audiences.
High proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar systems).
Strong judgment and confidentiality trusted with sensitive information and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.
Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities shift, calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity.
Must possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass background screening and drug test (including marijuana) (our Security License with the State of Michigan requires thorough background checks and places certain restrictions on hiring)
Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
