Key Account Manager

Job description

What would a typical day look like as a Key Account Manager?

You would spend your days either at our office, or onsite with our largest 3-4 clients, serving as an empathetic trusted advisor who knows the ins and outs of their integrated security systems and infrastructure like the back of your hand. You would build deep and meaningful relationships with people at all levels at those client sites, so that you could anticipate needs, solve problems, take in new order requests, and serve those customers in an impactful way. You would partner with our Executive Vice President to capture new opportunities to strengthen the integrated security systems we've implemented for those clients with new systems, technology, and services. You would fully own the delivery and outcome for the client, from the initial sale/order processing through launch and ongoing maintenance. You would leave every day knowing you made a difference, and were keeping your customers safe.

This is an ideal role for a resourceful, service-minded person who is passionate about learning the technology and every aspect of their projects, who builds strong relationships, and who wants to make a major impact – with us, and with our clients. You would be integral to our growth, and we envision you leading us to great heights long-term.

Why Join Us?
