You are skilled at identifying decision makers and ask them the right questions to
uncover compelling reasons for them to buy from you. You ask enough questions to go
beyond mere surface pain from the prospect, and dig deep to ask the tough questions
that close deals.
You are a top producer, but recognize that you are part of a team of professionals who
collaborate to bring the best solutions to your prospects. You are great at gathering
business intelligence in the market that can help yourself, and the team leverage the
information. You are comfortable using a CRM to build a pipeline.
You are a sales professional who must work at an organization that treats their salespeople

You are comfortable with a variable comp plan that will get someone to six figures if
they are willing to earn it. You must have total prior earnings of $60,000 in a variable
comp plan, but are willing to do the work to get to $100,000 quickly.
